1. Right of return
There is generally no right of return. The law of obligations applies.
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong item, please contact the Customer service
For returns without prior consultation, an additional processing fee of CHF 15.00 will be charged.
2. No right of return
Returns and refunds are not possible:
- for all spare parts
- The original packaging is missing
- Accessories are missing
- Consumables are open (ink, toner, filter or similar product)
- Hygienic reasons for products such as headphones, or similar items, which do not allow this (exception: unopened, in complete original packaging)
- Software was opened (seal broken).
- License(s) has been registered.
- These are items that have been registered by the customer
- CTO items, which were specially ordered for the customer.
- Items that we no longer carry in our product range.
- outside of 10 days from the date of purchase
Should customer service approve a return, you will receive an RMA number.
If an item is returned anyway and without our consent/RMA, it will be returned at the buyer's expense or acceptance will be refused.
Return policy granted by customer service
Returns are accepted with a
minimum deduction of 10% of the purchase price, but no less than CHF 20.00 (excluding shipping costs/per returned item)
. The return must be in good condition: original packaging opened but undamaged
; product shows no signs of use and is unused
; all accessories are included
; the item must have been purchased no more than 10 days prior to the return
; credit will be issued as a voucher. No cash refunds!
