Warranty repairs
For repairs (with warranty), first contact with us.
Software problems can often be solved very quickly.
Should the device have a hardware problem, we will take care of everything for you.
If your device needs to be sent in for repair:
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice as proof of warranty
- Include an RMA (you will receive it from us)
- No accessories are required (power cable, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
- Please pack the goods carefully!
- only by registered mail (insurance).
We will have your device repaired, or provide you with a cost estimate.
Once the repair is complete, your device will be sent back to you.
The repair time depends on the replacement part and/or its availability from the manufacturer .
