LMP USB-C to Mini DisplayPort Adapter - Space Gray
Made of aluminum, this adapter connects the Apple 24" and 27" LED Cinema Displays to the new 13" and 15" MacBook Pros with Thunderbolt 3/USB-C output, as well as to the 12" MacBook.
It can also be used with external monitors with a Mini DisplayPort connection and supports resolutions up to UHD 4K at a 60Hz refresh rate.
Whether it's an Apple LED Cinema Display (MB382 & MC007) or a new monitor with a Mini DisplayPort connection |□|: With this adapter, the monitors can be connected to the new Apple MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt 3/USB-C output at the highest possible resolution, up to a maximum of UHD 4K at 60Hz.
Note: Not compatible with the Apple 30" Cinema Display (M9179, A1083) or the Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display (MC914, A1407).

Tech answer: No. You need the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter.
