Unlike other mini-docks that sacrifice usability for portability, the OWC USB-C Travel Dock E is a heavyweight, resembling a desktop dock. Similar in size and weight to a hockey puck, this compact dock can be powered via bus power when you don't have access to a wall outlet. Alternatively, connect a USB-C power adapter to the Travel Dock E's USB-C power delivery port to charge your device with up to 100W of power.

Developed by OWC hardware and software engineers, Dock Ejector ensures that all data is written before disconnecting, saving time and protecting against data loss. 1. The dock's power supply component is rated for up to 100W. The dock's power consumption in bus mode is between 5-15W and does not supply power to the connected computer. When a USB-C power adapter is connected to the dock's USB-C port, the dock draws up to 8W of power from the adapter instead of drawing power from the host computer via the bus. Depending on the connected adapter, the dock can deliver up to 92W to the host computer. Any power not used by the dock and its ports is passed to the host to charge its battery, if applicable.
