The integrated M.2 NVMe SSD adds an additional 1TB of Thunderbolt 5-certified Kingston PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage capacity to your system without requiring any other device to be connected to the Echo Dock or computer. Access data at speeds of up to 6100MB/s—ideal for professional content creation and application storage—and effortlessly store large files, media libraries, or your Time Machine® backups.

Faster Ethernet transfers over existing cabling

The Echo 13 Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock with 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet supports connection speeds of 2.5 Gbps over standard Cat 5e (or better) cabling when used with a compatible Ethernet switch or NAS that supports 2.5 Gb Ethernet, saving you the cost of a separate adapter. You can achieve significant performance gains—up to 250 percent of Gigabit Ethernet speed—without rewiring! When connecting to a switch or NAS without 2.5 Gb Ethernet support, the Sonnetdock also supports 1 Gbps and 100 Mbps connection speeds.

Thunderbolt 5 cable included. Sonnet includes a Thunderbolt cable with the Echo 13 Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock, which supports the maximum bandwidth and charging capacity of Thunderbolt 5. This cable is compatible with all Thunderbolt 5, 4, 3, and USB4 computers.

Kensington security lock ready. With 1TB of valuable data inside, you might want to secure the Echo Dock with a Kensington Security Lock (sold separately).
